A little testimony to the power of ActiveRain, another Agent named Karl Katnik, was searching the Internet for a short sale specialist in Kailua Kona. He wanted to help out a family member with a property that needed to be sold, short sale to be more specific. So whats any good Agent do to help someone - GOOGLE - the area and see what you find. Well Karl found me. So once again - ActiveRain, you have helped me, and I wanted to say thank you.
A little side note to this, I had explained that with all the work involved in a short sale, that we really had no room left for a referral, not that he didn't deserve it, it just isn't there (we hire help to follow up , and make calls on the shortsales - and this cost money). Anyways, Karl knew the drill and wasn't looking for a referral, just someone to take care of a family member. With that, I told him about ActiveRain and invited him as a member, by far this is better than any referral I could have ever given him - I attribute well over 2-3 Million dollars in transactions as a direct result of ActiveRain.
